You may want to inform the users of this fact and ask that they seek alternate software applications such as Crystal Reports or a proper BI tool. We have already upgraded this to the 64 bit version, and the user has 8gb of memory running Windows 7. To increase memory availability, consider: -using a 64-nit version of Microsoft Excel -Adding memory to your device. Try using less data or closing other applicaitons. One of these users is getting an error that states that there isn't enough memory to complete this action.
I have a user group that has recently been upgraded to office 2013 64-bit due to the large size of their working files within excel.
